Or you’ve been sleeping under a rock for the past 30 years. Welcome to America! How many Grateful Dead shows did your parents see? How many times have you seen saint Jerry? How about your kids? Have they seen saint Bobby or Saint Phil? And you call yourself an American…
if you don’t know the chorus for U.S. Blues, forget it! We have a word for you in America; we call you an “alien” from “Planet Couch-Potato”.
You don’t have to be an alien or be outside of the information loop. If you were born in any of the 50 States of the American Union; you just have to disconnect your brain from the broadcast/cable news and stop being jealous of the free life that Sovereigns really live.
Did you know that Deadheads are the American People? Mainly college kids from the upper-middle class, who come from affluent families, Grateful Dead family kids have a higher taste in music and especially American culture and can actually afford to vacation in America, on a world-class band tour.
I remember when I jumped on tour with the Jerry Garcia Band and the Grateful Dead back in 1989 and realized that I had a real King by God, a true Monarch. As a matter of fact, I believe that Jerry Garcia held office as the King of America for at least three decades; way longer than any of those short-termers. And by God, we were blessed. Every “Head” will tell you of the “Miracles” we would all experience while living as nobles in Jerry’s court.
Jerry, backed by the beatniks and the Merry Pranksters, had more overall political tow than “the man”, Period! Jerry’s Kids were the smart kids. The kids that truly value their vacation time. These kids had values, most of all their nationality and their freedom to roam the land and party with the band. Not losers, the best of society and we still meet the mark today.
So why should Jerry’s Kids, the “Dead Heads” have been targeted by ridicule and defamation of character throughout the late 20′th century? After all, they are the most promising youth of America? And, why would the media bar the nation from knowing that Jerry had an entire civilization following him?
Why? Because Jerry did not have a pretense of appointed material power, he had the reality of anointed spiritual power.
Why? Because the Reagan Administration was pretended into office with empty promises. It’s swan-song, the “War on Drugs” was really a war on “Baby Boomers” and “Generation-X” fueled by the pharmaceutical industry. The “War on Drugs” was a failed attempt to put the nail in the coffin of America by creating a nation of drug-depended slaves and then criminalizing mankind’s God-given, backyard-growin’ pain remedy the sacred Ganja-tree-of-life(cannabis) plant.
What the heck is SCHWAG anyway?
SCHWAG is the word we “heads”(not “feet”, not “legs”, not “arms” but “heads” as in “Heads of State”) use for really crappy weed. You know, the moldy Mexican, Sativa, dirt-weed with lots os stems and seeds, that tastes like it was sprayed with paraquat and smuggled in a gas tank. Yech! We would have no part in this illegal immigrant-smuggled SCHWAG!
What we infused into the economy was “The Kind”(the kind you really want for your “head”): Top Grade Organic Indica, Pure Skunk #1 brand, grown secretly in most of NorCal and invigorating the American economy by being worth it’s weight in Gold(about $400 per oz. in 1990).
SCHWAG can also be used to describe anything that’s less than savory like your dog crapping in the middle of the living room.
This outrageous “War on Drugs” with the “Dare” program was some really major “SCHWAG!” because it was declared on the American People by the very same administration that was flooding the ghettos with crack so that the poverty-welfare class would have something to contribute to the economy.
The Deadheads on the other hand, were not part of the poverty-welfare class. we were “The Kind”. We did great in school and rewarded ourselves by joining a nation of travelling entrepreneurs and performing artists. Our families pretty much sent us out on vacation with the band in good faith that the land was safe to explore in the traditional American road-trip kinda way.
We could afford to fly to Europe and tour with the Grateful Dead in October of 2000. It was rare that we ever really saw a “poor” person on Grateful Dead tour, only classy people. Even if I found a “poor” person, we were so wealthy, a person could never stay poor on Grateful Dead tour. It would not be unheard of for the The Grateful Dead Family to bring an influx of several millions of dollars in bank-notes into the local economy of places like Noblesville, Indiana, and Alpine Valley, Wisconsin.
Imagine how happy a tiny town with a handful of Mom-and-Pop shops would be when 40,000 kids would come and buyout every grocery item, every last bottle of water and every last six-pack on the shelf.
A storm’s a brewin’
When they started stuffing us in our VW’s with police batons, at Kopps Coliseum in Maryland in the spring of 1990, we knew something was up. At this point we realized that we were the real America and they were the foreign agents trying to f*ck up our country.
When they dropped tear gas from helicopters on 5,000 men, women and children, bona-fide members of Jerry Garcia’s extended family in Orlando, Florida, we knew that were still the real America and they were the foreign agents trying to f*ck up our country.
Things have changed now that Jerry’s gone. We are still America and they are still the foreign agents but there are a heck of a lot more of us in the real American Family, we all know the U.S. Code like the back of our hands and we’re not going to let foreign agents f*ck up our country.
We’ve kept the spirit of America alive thus-far and even though it’s been 15 yeas since Jerry left the building, the Dead Family is still in control of the nation and will continue to rock your stages with the Red, White and Blues until the cows come home!
It’s just like the Beastie-Boys said it: “You got to fight…for your right…to paaaaartay!”

It means that you gotta love Jerry. He’s not a toad. He’s one of the most innovative creative artists of the 20th century and might as well be given the Nobel Peace Prize. He’s a main attraction at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Red Rocks Amphitheater. The importance of factual references when making a claim
Where the contents of my book are derived from knowledge of the law, administration of fact and practical application in the field with real cops, judge and courtrooms, and where we only describe situations that we’ve personally had success with, the critics offer no facts or case-law that truly disproves the political and commercial immunity of the sovereign.
Think about it: what kind of person would actually have a vested interest in disqualifying the sovereign or proving his non-existence anyway?
If you think that municipal corporations can legitimately kidnap, traffic, and warehouse the King of Spain, you might as well believe in the tooth fairy.

What’s up with Wikipedia?
When you are catalyzing widespread social change and random yahoos go through extraneous effort to follow your web sites and update wikipedia and Britannica online, on an annual basis, with cliche’d ridicule and insult, modifying their language as you modify yours, you know you’re winning the propaganda war. So don’t think that the Sovereigns of America are living in a fairy tale. It’s more like you’re living in “The Matrix”
It seems that although the knowledge of personal sovereignty and regulated commerce are becoming more widespread, there are still a handful of propagandists that specialize in twisting the truth in such a way as to suggest that monarchies are straight out of “fairy tales” and sovereigns are nothing more than “puppets”; Something that would be akin to saying that the King and Queen of Spain are characters right out of a Public Broadcasting Television Show for welfare kids, and have no political influence in the international arena (how’s that for mind control?)
